Behavioral Health Therapist – Inverness Academy & Cheboygan HS

Job Description

The full-time Behavioral Health Therapist position involves providing evidence-based mental health services within school-based settings at Inverness Academy and Cheboygan High School.

As part of the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team, the therapist will develop and monitor behavior change plans documented in individualized treatment plans and offer mental health education and training to team members.

Supervisory responsibilities include overseeing interns as assigned.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work, a valid BLS certification, a Michigan Licensed Master’s Social Worker license, and a valid Michigan driver’s license.

The role requires light physical activity, with work hours from Monday to Friday on an 8-hour shift, conducted in person.
