Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Therapist to join school-based care teams at Inverness Academy and Cheboygan High School.

  • The therapist collaborates within an Interdisciplinary Treatment Team to deliver evidence-based mental health services to students with behavioral health needs.
  • Provides comprehensive mental health care, including developing and monitoring behavior change plans documented in the Individual Comprehensive Treatment Plan.
  • Offers mental health education and training to team members.
  • Supervises interns as assigned.
  • Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, current BLS certification, Michigan Licensed Master’s Social Worker license, and a valid driver’s license.
  • Work is in person, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
  • Physical demands are light.
