Behavioral Health Therapist LISW/LMHC

Job Description

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Counselor/Therapist to provide psychosocial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients of all ages, including children.

Responsibilities include conducting crisis interventions, individual, marital, and family therapies, and collaborating with internal and external team members to optimize patient care.

The role involves maintaining detailed case records, providing patient and family education, and liaising with community resources.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Behavioral Science or related field, and licensure such as LMHC, tLMHC, LMSW, or LISW in Iowa.

This in-person position may require some travel.

Ensure confidentiality, document interactions per standards, and maintain accurate records in compliance with legal and organizational guidelines.
