This position involves providing brief, group, and long-term therapy, health-focused counseling, and case management to a diverse patient population. The LCSW will collaborate with primary care providers to deliver same-day mental health consults, offering culturally and linguistically competent services.

Responsibilities include conducting patient interviews, administering psychological assessments, developing treatment plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with specialists. The role requires experience in behavioral health, crisis resolution, co-occurring disorders, and working in integrated medical settings. Bilingual skills, California licensure, and experience with EMR systems are essential. Preferred skills include art therapy, EMDR certification, and knowledge of evidence-based techniques like CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing.
