Job Description
We are hiring several full-time Mental Health Counselors at two Houston clinics to provide culturally competent care to Spanish-speaking clients of all ages.
Must have at least 1 year of experience, a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work, and an active Texas license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, case management, and community education.
Experience working with children, adolescents, and diverse mental health issues is required; bilingual skills are essential.
Qualifications include proficiency with electronic medical records and knowledge of culturally relevant issues for underserved populations.
