Job Description

Seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist for home-based therapy services in the Sharpstown/Braeburn areas. This role offers Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN schedules based in South Houston.

What you’ll do:
-Conduct comprehensive speech evaluations using standardized tests.
-Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
-Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
-Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
-Complete required patient visits and timely documentation.
-Maintain compliance with agency policies, procedures, and legal regulations.

Requirements:
-Active Texas Speech Language Pathology license.
-Reliable, innovative, and flexible with technology skills.

-3+ years pediatric experience, home-health background, specialized certifications, or bilingual ability.
