Job Description

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) full-time therapist for outpatient services in Liberal, KS.

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy in both languages.
  • Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate electronic documentation and collaborate with the clinical team.
  • Requirements include a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy, active Kansas licensure, and fluency in English and Spanish.
  • We offer a competitive salary of approximately $75,000 annually, a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, supportive environment, and supervision support.
