Job Description

This role involves providing outpatient individual, couples, and group psychotherapy with a trauma-informed approach for youth and adults.

  • Conduct assessments of client functioning through interviews, observations, tests, and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessments and clinical expertise.
  • Respond to client crises following on-call protocols and coordinate care with case managers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in EMRs and program records.
  • Participate in staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and community outreach activities.
  • Promote excellent customer service and positive outcomes.

    **Qualifications:** LMHC or LMSW license required; bilingual in Spanish preferred; experience with at-risk immigrant populations and crime victims advantageous.

    **Skills:** Strong ethics, confidentiality, crisis management, organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities.
