Job Description

Provides outpatient individual, couples, and group psychotherapy with a trauma-informed approach for youth and adults.
Assess clients’ functioning through interviews, observations, tests, and collaboration with staff.
Develops and implements tailored treatment plans based on assessments and clinical expertise.
Responds to crises following on-call protocols and collaborates with case managers for coordinated care.
Ensures accurate documentation in EMRs and participates in staff meetings, supervision, and community outreach.
Promotes excellent customer service and positive outcomes.
Requires LMHC or LMSW license, understanding of social determinants of health, and a trauma-informed, client-centered approach.
Preferred qualifications include an active NM license (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT), bilingual skills, experience with at-risk immigrant populations and crime victims, and proficiency with relevant software.
Offers a salary range of $55,000-$75,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.
Work is conducted in person, with occasional flexibility for evenings and weekends.
