Job Description
This role involves providing outpatient individual, couples, and group psychotherapy from a trauma-informed perspective for youth and adults.
Required qualifications include an LMHC or LMSW license, understanding of social determinants of health, trauma-informed care, confidentiality, and strong communication skills.
Preferred qualifications include an active license in NM, bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, experience with at-risk immigrant populations and crime victims, and proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $75,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, professional development, and retirement plans. This is an in-person position with flexible scheduling possibilities.
