Job Description

This role involves providing outpatient psychotherapy to youth and adults, including individual, couples, and group sessions, using a trauma-informed approach.

Responsibilities include assessing client functioning, developing treatment plans, responding to crises, collaborating with case managers, and maintaining accurate documentation in EMR systems.

The position requires active participation in staff meetings, trainings, community outreach, and promoting positive client outcomes.

**Qualifications:** LMHC or LMSW license, understanding of social determinants of health, trauma-informed care, confidentiality, and professionalism. Strong communication, organizational, and crisis management skills are essential.

**Preferred:** Active LPCC, LCSW/LISW, or LMFT license in NM, bilingual in Spanish and English, experience with immigrant populations and crime victims, and proficiency with EMR tools.

**Compensation & Benefits:** $55,000-$75,000/year, with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, parental leave, retirement plan, and professional development support.

Work is in person, with occasional evening and weekend hours.
