Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.

Perform physical exams, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions.

Develop personalized treatment plans and utilize EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, and eClinicalWorks for documentation, coding, and billing.

Coordinate referrals to specialists in cardiology, ophthalmology, infectious disease, and behavioral health.

Conduct diagnostic evaluations, interpret lab and imaging results, and educate patients on health topics like nutrition and weight management.

Maintain HIPAA compliance and infection control standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of nurse practitioner experience, an active APRN license, and proficiency with electronic health record systems. This full-time position offers competitive pay starting at $115,000 annually, along with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
