Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care across all age groups in outpatient settings.

  • Perform physical exams, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and diagnostics.
  • Utilize EMR/EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, and eClinicalWorks for documentation, coding, and billing.
  • Coordinate referrals with specialists in various fields such as cardiology, ophthalmology, infectious disease, and behavioral health.
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations, interpret lab and imaging results, and educate patients on health topics.
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and infection control practices.

    • Qualifications include at least 1 year of NP experience, APRN license, and proficiency with EMR systems. This full-time role offers competitive pay starting at $115,000/year and benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
