Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.

Perform physical exams, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions.

Develop individualized treatment plans and utilize EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, and eClinicalWorks for documentation, coding, and billing.

Coordinate referrals with specialists in cardiology, ophthalmology, infectious disease, behavioral health, and more.

Conduct diagnostic evaluations, interpret lab and imaging results, and educate patients on health topics.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and infection control standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of nurse practitioner experience, an active APRN license, and proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary starting at $115,000 annually and benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
