Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Plastic Surgeon to join our esteemed medical team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of surgical techniques and patient care, focusing on reconstructive and aesthetic procedures. This contract role offers a competitive pay structure, including a salary plus signing bonus, with daily rates ranging from $5,000 to $10,000.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing various plastic and reconstructive surgeries, including aesthetic enhancements, trauma reconstruction, and congenital defect corrections.
• Utilizing advanced imaging and EHR systems for patient assessment and documentation.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for perioperative care to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Conducting patient evaluations, providing surgical education, and managing post-operative follow-ups.
• Staying current with advancements in techniques through ongoing education and research.
• Maintaining HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Board certification in Plastic Surgery or equivalent.
• Proven experience in surgical procedures, suturing, and wound care.
• Familiarity with medical specialties like dermatology, oncology, cardiology, and pediatrics is advantageous.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and hospital or outpatient clinic experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and critical care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and deliver excellent patient service.
