Job Description
Full-time, exempt Cardiothoracic Anesthesiologist position in Greenville, NC, with potential partnership and signing bonus.
Provide anesthesia for cardiac surgeries, including CABG, valves, TAVRs, LVADs, and ECMO, excluding transplants.
Conduct patient evaluations, develop anesthesia plans, and supervise anesthesia staff.
Deliver general and regional anesthesia, monitor intraoperative and postoperative care, and manage airway and vital signs.
Collaborate with surgical teams, order diagnostics, and ensure patient safety.
Require MD/DO, BC/BE in anesthesiology, cardiothoracic fellowship (or in progress), NC license, and 3+ years of high-acuity experience.
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient safety commitment necessary.
Work schedule is Monday-Friday with call obligations, including overnight and weekend shifts, with supportive post-call time. The practice is physician-led, stable, and growth-oriented.
