Seeking a full-time Cardiothoracic Anesthesiologist in Greenville, NC, with potential partnership and a signing bonus.
Provide anesthesia for diverse cardiac cases, including CABG, valves, TAVRs, LVADs, and ECMO, excluding transplants. Supervise and collaborate with medical staff, including CRNAs and residents. Perform patient evaluations, administer anesthesia, monitor intraoperative and postoperative care, and manage airway and pain control. Maintain detailed records, order tests, and respond to complications. Require MD/DO, BC/BE in anesthesiology, cardiothoracic fellowship, NC license, and 3+ years of high-acuity experience. Ideal candidates possess excellent communication, safety commitment, and teamwork skills. The role involves patient contact, occasional stress, and collaborative interactions.
