Job Description

The Cardiothoracic Anesthesiologist role in Greenville, NC, offers a full-time, exempt position with potential partnership and a negotiable salary, including a signing bonus.

They will provide anesthesia for a wide range of cardiac surgeries (excluding transplants) at a Level 1 Trauma Center, collaborating with specialized surgical teams.

The position involves patient evaluations, administering anesthesia, supervising anesthesia staff, and ensuring safe perioperative care.

Ideal candidates have a medical degree, board certification or eligibility in anesthesiology, cardiothoracic fellowship training, and at least 3 years of high-acuity experience.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork, and patient safety commitment.

Work hours are Monday-Friday with call responsibilities, including overnight and weekend shifts.
