Join a leading cardiovascular care team as a Manager in the Cath Lab and CVOR at a top-tier hospital.
Lead operational, clinical, and administrative functions of the Cath Lab, supervising RNs and technologists. Collaborate with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care. Oversee scheduling, staff workflow, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Drive performance improvement initiatives and manage budgets, staffing, and equipment needs. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. Qualifications: BSN required; 3-5 years CVOR/Cath Lab leadership experience; 1+ year Cath Lab experience required. RN licensure, with certifications such as CNOR, CSC, or CCRN, and current BCLS and ACLS. Proficient in management principles and clinical decision-making.
