Job Description
The Master’s-Level Clinician, fluent in American Sign Language and English, provides culturally competent outpatient mental health services, including assessments and individual, couples, family, and group therapy in clinic and community settings.
Responsibilities include serving as the primary clinician, developing treatment and crisis management plans, linking clients to appropriate services, and supporting evidence-based practices such as CBT and DBT.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree eligible for LMHC or LICSW, at least two years of outpatient experience, bilingual fluency, and competence in Electronic Health Records and basic computer skills.
