Job Description
The Master’s-Level Clinician provides culturally competent outpatient mental health services, including assessment, individual, couples, family, and group therapy in clinic and community settings.
Compensation ranges from $33,997-$42,494 for 20 hours/week and $67,995-$84,988 for 40 hours/week.
Responsibilities include serving as primary clinician, conducting assessments, diagnosing, developing treatment plans, and linking clients to community resources.
Support involves implementing evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing, and participating in training, data collection, and discharge planning.
Qualifications: MSW or MA in a related field, eligible for LMHC or LICSW, bilingual in ASL and English, with at least 2 years outpatient experience.
Strong communication, cultural competence, and computer skills are essential.
