Job Description

The Certified Family Nurse Practitioner provides compassionate, patient-centered primary care services under supervision, focusing on wellness exams, acute illness, and disease management.

Key responsibilities include conducting physicals, preventive care, managing chronic conditions, and collaborating with a healthcare team to ensure holistic care. The NP promotes health education, participates in quality improvement, and supports underserved populations facing social barriers.
