The Certified Family Nurse Practitioner provides compassionate, patient-centered primary care under physician supervision, focusing on wellness exams, acute illness, and disease management.

Key responsibilities include conducting physical exams, preventive care, managing chronic conditions, and collaborating with a healthcare team to deliver holistic care.

They support health promotion and disease prevention, particularly in underserved communities, while maintaining accurate documentation and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
