Provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, managing acute and chronic conditions. Order, interpret diagnostics, prescribe treatments, and document patient encounters. Collaborate with team members and educate patients and families. Maintain accurate records, modify assessment techniques as needed, and serve as a patient advocate. Manage approximately 16-18 patients daily in a supportive environment.
