Family medicine practice seeking a full-time Family Certified Nurse Practitioner (FCNP) to join their team.

  • Assist in ongoing medical care of patients and establish an individual patient load.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans.
  • Use EHR systems for documentation and patient tracking.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide patient and family education on health management.
  • Stay current with medical practices and technologies.

    • Requirements include a minimum of 1 year experience and a current Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant license.
