Job Description

Family medicine practice seeking a full-time FCNP to join their team. The candidate will assist in ongoing medical care of patients and establish their own patient load, preferably with at least 1 year of experience. A current Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant license is required.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Utilizing EHR systems for accurate documentation and tracking
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Providing education and support to patients and families about health management
