Job Description

Full-time family medicine practice seeking an experienced FCNP to join their team. The candidate will assist in providing ongoing medical care while establishing their own patient load, with a minimum of 1 year of experience preferred. Must hold a current Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant license.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing care plans
  • Utilizing EHR systems for documentation and tracking
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Providing education and support to patients and families
  • Staying updated on medical advancements and technologies
