Job Description

Family medicine practice seeking a full-time Family Certified Nurse Practitioner (FCNP) or Physician Assistant to join their team.

  • Assist in the ongoing medical care of patients and establish a personal patient load.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Utilize EHR systems for documentation and tracking.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide patient and family education on health management.
  • Stay current with medical advancements and technologies.

    • Requirements include a minimum of 1 year experience and a current Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
