Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Certified Medication Aide to provide comprehensive resident care in a full-time role (7a-7p).

  • Administer, document, and set up medications under supervision of a Licensed Nurse.
  • Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
  • Follow care plans, monitor vital signs, and report changes in resident condition.
  • Support resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team focused on enriching residents’ lives.
