Providing comprehensive resident care beyond just physical needs, this full-time Certified Medication Aide role involves administering and documenting medications, assisting with activities of daily living, and supporting residents’ comfort and well-being.

  • Administers and documents medications under supervision, following regulations.
  • Assists residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and repositioning.
  • Follows care plans, monitors vital signs, and reports changes to nursing staff.
  • Supports admission, transfer, discharge, and restorative procedures.
  • Works as part of a multidisciplinary team to enhance resident quality of life.

Qualifications include a current Texas Certified Medication Aide and Nursing Assistant certification, with preferred experience in long-term care and dementia care.
