Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Certified Medication Aide for a full-time position in a long-term care facility.
Provide, administer, and document medications following regulations under supervision of a Licensed Nurse. Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating. Support residents’ personal needs and comfort, act as part of the interdisciplinary team, and adapt to changing shift requirements. Follow care plans, monitor vital signs, report changes, and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges. Qualifications include a valid Texas State Certified Medication Tech (CMT/CMA), current CNA certification, and experience in long-term care preferred.
