This full-time Nurse Practitioner role requires in-depth clinical knowledge, including understanding of medical conditions, diagnostics, and patient assessments.
Provide compassionate, effective patient care across all ages, promoting health and preventing illness. Perform accurate history-taking, physical exams, order and interpret diagnostics, and develop or modify care plans accordingly. Educate and counsel patients and families, ensuring clear communication and advocacy. Maintain thorough, timely documentation in electronic health records. Engage in continuous learning, self-evaluation, and clinical improvement. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, respecting diversity and fostering mutual trust. Follow ethical standards, demonstrate professionalism, and participate in educational and organizational activities. Consider cost-effectiveness and evidence-based practices, contribute to quality improvement, and adhere to standards of care. Requirements include at least 1 year of FNP experience and certification.
