Job Description

The Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides comprehensive personal care and support to residents in a nursing home setting, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being.

Attends to residents’ grooming, hygiene, nutrition, mobility, elimination, and safety needs based on individual care plans.

Supports residents in self-care and assists those unable to care for themselves.

Follows infection control, sanitation, and safety standards at all times.

Builds meaningful relationships to promote residents’ psychosocial health.

Requirements include CNA certification, strong communication skills, compassion, and flexibility for various shifts.
