Job Description
Assists licensed nurses with routine patient care activities and clerical tasks in a hospital setting. Supports patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes, ensuring proper documentation and safety. Prepares patient rooms, transports stable patients, and maintains confidentiality during interactions. Performs equipment cleaning, restocking supplies, and runs unit errands. Helps create a safe, comfortable environment by replenishing essentials and responding to emergencies. Communicates effectively with team members, responds to call lights, and reports changes in patient condition promptly. Adapts patient care to meet individual physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs, demonstrating competence in assigned tasks. Requires a high school diploma, CNA license, and BLS certification; prior acute care experience preferred. Works full-time shifts from 7AM to 7PM.
