Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) 10K Sign-On Bonus

Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Certified Recreational Therapist (CTRS) with a $10,000 sign-on bonus to join our specialized inpatient hospital.

Our facility offers comprehensive medical, behavioral, and educational services for patients aged 2-22 with chronic illnesses, brain injuries, and neurobehavioral disorders.

As a CTRS, you will design and implement unit-based recreational activities, working within a multidisciplinary team that includes medical staff, therapists, dietitians, and case managers.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 2 years of experience with children and adolescents, and certification as a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
