We are seeking an experienced Resident Care Manager to oversee daily operations in a healthcare facility, ensuring a safe, compliant, and supportive environment for residents.
Manage facility operations, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards and regulations.
Coordinate with nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care, including vital sign monitoring and outpatient services.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA to protect patient confidentiality.

Collaborate with medical professionals in a Level I Trauma Center setting to optimize resident care.
