Manage overall operations, uphold healthcare standards, and coordinate with nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care. Ensure HIPAA compliance, oversee staff training, and foster continuous improvement. Collaborate with medical professionals in a Level I Trauma Center setting to optimize resident care. Maintain accurate documentation and address resident concerns promptly. Require prior healthcare experience, strong medical knowledge, leadership skills, and excellent communication.
