Responsibilities include:
Managing overall operations and maintaining healthcare standards
Collaborating with nursing staff to deliver quality patient care

Maintaining accurate documentation and addressing resident concerns
Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare settings such as Skilled Nursing Facilities, hospitals, or ICUs
Strong medical terminology knowledge and patient care protocols
Proven leadership in managing healthcare teams
Excellent communication skills
