Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Resident Care Manager to oversee daily facility operations, ensuring a safe, supportive environment and compliance with healthcare regulations.

  • Manage overall operations, monitor care quality, and ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Coordinate with nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care and outpatient services.
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance to protect resident confidentiality.
  • Oversee staff training and foster continuous improvement in patient services.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals in a Level I Trauma Center setting.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and procedures.
  • Address resident concerns promptly to promote a supportive living environment.


    • Requirements include prior healthcare experience, strong leadership skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and excellent communication. The role is full-time, in person, located in Moscow, ID, with relocation required before start.
