Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Resident Care Manager to oversee daily operations in a healthcare facility, ensuring a safe, compliant, and supportive environment for residents.
Manage overall facility operations, maintaining adherence to healthcare standards and regulations.
Coordinate with nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care, including monitoring vital signs and outpatient services.
Ensure HIPAA compliance to protect resident confidentiality.
Lead staff training and development, fostering continuous improvement in patient services.
Collaborate with medical professionals in a Level I Trauma Center setting to optimize resident care.
Maintain accurate documentation related to patient care and operations.
Address resident concerns promptly, ensuring a supportive living environment.
Requirements include prior healthcare experience (preferably in skilled nursing, hospital, or ICU), strong medical knowledge, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.
