Job Description

The Charge Nurse supervises nursing care, ensuring residents receive quality treatment per physician orders during their shift.

Position responsibilities include administering medications, documenting care accurately, supervising staff, following resident care plans, reporting abnormal findings, managing shift operations, and adhering to infection control practices.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current RN or LPN license, and CPR certification preferred.
