Job Description

The Charge Nurse supervises nursing care, ensuring residents receive quality care per physician orders and overseeing staff on their shift.

Position Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting care accurately, supervising staff, following care plans, reporting abnormal findings, managing shift operations, and adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements involve graduation from an accredited nursing program, current RN or LPN license, and CPR certification preferred.
