Job Description
The Charge Nurse supervises nursing care, ensuring residents receive quality care per physician orders.
Responsibilities include administering medications, completing documentation, supervising staff, following care plans, reporting abnormal findings, managing shift operations, attending in-service training, and adhering to infection control practices.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current RN or LPN license, and CPR certification preferred.
