Job Description
The Charge Nurse supervises nursing care, ensures quality delivery, and directs staff during their shift.
Position responsibilities include administering medications, documenting care, supervising personnel, following care plans, reporting abnormal findings, overseeing staffing, attending training, and adhering to safety practices.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current RN or LPN license, and CPR certification recommended.
