Job Description

The Charge Nurse supervises nursing care, ensuring quality service according to physician orders and resident care plans.

Administers medications, treatments, and completes documentation accurately and promptly.

Supervises staff, evaluates performance, and manages shift operations and staffing.

Observes, reports abnormal findings, and follows safety and infection control protocols.

Follows scope of practice with a current nursing license and CPR certification recommended.
