Job Description
Seeking a full-time Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive mental health and addiction care for teens and young adults in a behavioral healthcare setting.
Conduct diagnostic evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage a caseload of 30-40 clients.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support families to deliver holistic care.
Facilitate wellness group therapy sessions, maintain accurate records, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Require a Master’s in Nursing with a psychiatric focus, an active PMHNP license, DEA license, and MCSR.
Ideal candidates are passionate, adaptable, team-oriented, and experienced in adolescent mental health and substance use treatment.
Position is based in Concord, MA, requiring in-person work and relocation prior to start. Salary ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 annually.
