Job Description

Located in downtown Asheville, NC, this multidisciplinary clinic offers therapy, testing, speech therapy, and medication management.

We seek full-time Child and Adolescent Therapists to provide outpatient services in a fast-paced setting. The role involves collaborating with staff and other providers to meet patients’ social, environmental, and psychological needs, while promoting health and evaluating outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a doctorate with 3-5 years postdoctoral experience in treating youth or a master’s with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, crisis intervention, documentation, and team collaboration.

Qualifications include a valid North Carolina license, residency in NC, familiarity with DSM/ICD-10, crisis assessment tools, and strong communication skills. The position offers flexible hours, full benefits, and an annual salary range of $58,000-$85,000.
