Job Description

Seeking full-time Child and Adolescent therapists in downtown Asheville, NC, to provide outpatient therapy services in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, diagnosing, developing and adjusting treatment plans, monitoring progress, and providing crisis intervention. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and accurate documentation are essential.

Qualifications:

  • Full, unrestricted North Carolina license and 2+ years postgraduate experience required.
  • Doctorate in a related field with 3-5 years of postdoctoral experience preferred; mid-level providers with 5+ years will also be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of DSM/ICD-10, crisis assessment tools, and psychiatric principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to pass background checks.

    • Offers a flexible schedule, competitive salary ($58,000-$85,000), health insurance, and paid time off. Must reside in NC and work in person.
