Seeking an experienced licensed Master’s Level Child/Adolescent Therapist for a psychiatric residential treatment facility serving adolescents with complex trauma, mental health, and substance abuse issues. The role involves providing individual, group, and family therapy, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates must have at least two years of experience counseling adolescents and hold a Virginia LCSW or LPC license. Responsibilities include managing case documentation, monitoring progress, and supporting holistic patient care, with some supervision support available. This full-time position offers competitive pay ($55,000–$70,000), comprehensive benefits (including health, dental, vision, retirement, and professional development), and is based in-person in Jarratt, VA, with a preferred day shift.
