Job Description

The Child and Family Therapist provides direct, trauma-informed mental health services to children who have experienced abuse, trauma, or ACEs, and their families.

Responsibilities include individual and family therapy, group programs, comprehensive assessments, parenting education, supervision of interns, and collaboration with community partners.

Qualifications require a licensed clinician (MSW, LPC, Psychologist) with 4+ years’ experience, training in TF-CBT, and knowledge of child development, trauma, and abuse dynamics.

Skills include cultural competence, strong communication, teamwork, and proficiency with computers and data management.
